La maison de vacances "Rives de l'Ardèche" peut accueillir de 2 à 8 personnes et est située directement en hauteur, mais non visible, sur la rivière Ardèche. Vous avez une vue totalement dégagée sur la maison et le jardin. Cette belle maison de vacances spacieuse dispose de la climatisation dans 3 des 4 chambres, est située sur un terrain généreux et dispose d'une piscine privée chauffée par le soleil de pas moins de 11 mètres sur 4,10 avec une couverture à enroulement électrique.

Cette luxueuse maison de vacances dispose de 4 chambres (la 5ème chambre (au rez-de-chaussée) est fermée à la location). Cette villa dispose également de 2 salles de bains spacieuses et de 3 toilettes. Le séjour dispose de 3 portes coulissantes qui ouvrent toutes sur les 2 terrasses couvertes. Naturellement, vous disposez d'une bonne connexion Internet WiFi dans la villa et de la réception des chaînes de télévision néerlandaises et belges ; il y a un lecteur CD et DVD.

Le jardin très spacieux comprend un terrain de jeu avec un filet de volley-ball/badminton, son propre terrain de pétanque, un trampoline et une table de ping-pong. Il y a aussi 2 balançoires et une balançoire bébé. En bref : la villa les Rives de l'Ardèche est idéale pour une famille avec enfants, mais aussi très adaptée et équipée de tout le luxe pour, par exemple, 2 à 8 adultes.

In the hall: separate (3rd) toilet, from the hall door to the master bedroom with an electrically adjustable 2-person spiral/bed of 2x90x210 cm, bathroom with bath with shower, sink and toilet. The bedroom has air conditioning and patio doors. The 2nd bedroom on the ground floor is closed for rental.

Floor: spacious hall with entrance to indoor terrace with seating for 4 people;

                         3 bedrooms with 2 beds of 80x200 cm each.

Each bedroom has 2 bedside tables with lamps, chair, cupboard, mirror and is equipped with curtains and wooden shutters;

2nd bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. On the top floor, 2 of the 3 bedrooms have air conditioning.

Two covered terraces, one of which is beautifully enlarged (see the photos). Here you can have a delicious breakfast, drink coffee or a glass of wine or look at the starry sky. Separate sitting area with cozy lounge set, electric barbecue; In short, everything is here for a fantastic stay.

You can park at least 2 cars in the parking lot, including 1 under the carport. The shed is closed because of the swimming pool equipment and, among other things, the garden irrigation system.

In the garden of the villa - aside from the swimming pool - there is a Jacuzzi; however, this is excluded from rental.

Canoeing on the Ardèche River is an important sporting and enjoyable activity here. You can rent a canoe everywhere, including at the reception at the villa park. The tours simply start at the bottom! Choice of 8 to 32 km. There are several beautiful medieval towns and villages in the area. There are markets every morning in a village in the area. The market usually closes at half past one - one o'clock because that is when the French go to eat! Also a serious activity...

You can also go gliding, horse riding, go-karting, book a Canyoning tour for the real sports enthusiasts (wading through the river, descending from the mountain, etc.), visit the adventure park for a better Scouting feeling, the lavender museum, the crocodile farm, the bamboo gardens, and waterfalls. , visit the old Papal palace and gardens in Avignon, about an 80 km drive away, the cities of Aubenas, and of course Montelimar: famous for the Noga factories, Vals les Bains, Uzes (a bit of Paris the Provençal) and more a lot more.

Of course you will also take the beautiful trip along the eroded mountains with deep gorges where you will see the green/blue Ardèche river meandering, almost always with canoeists: the Gorges de l'Ardèche. You can stop anywhere along the route to take beautiful photos, enjoy the amazing nature and views, have a picnic or visit the prehistoric caves along the way. A great day trip.

Be sure to visit the pre-historic caves: the CAVERN in Vallon Pont d'Arc: Chauvet Cave. A huge world attraction that involved more than 35 million in investments. Entrance tickets can be ordered via the internet and it is recommended to get a good slot time in high season! Dutch guides available.

Before departure you will receive an information brochure with numerous tips and of course you can also visit the tourist information shop in Vallon Pont d'Arc every day for the most current activities (music festivals, brocantes).

The park itself also organizes some fun activities during the May holidays and in the high season. The information board is located at the Reception. On Monday evening there is a nice meeting with all kinds of sporting companies and wine merchants where you will hear from the park manager Inge. This could be a football or jeu de boules tournament or scootering around a wine estate; you can always participate if you like.

At the seating areas around the swimming pool, all guests of the villa park are welcome to socialize and drink a cappuccino, wine or draft beer, or buy an ice cream or a snack. Sometimes we watch an important sports match together. Something for everyone.
