Villa "Vallon": a spacious 8-person villa with large garden, beautiful unobstructed views of the mountains, wide terraces, partly covered, 4 bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets.

This beautiful holiday home is located on approximately 1500 m2 of land and is located on the edge of the park. Below (not visible) the river Ardeche runs behind. Via a good staircase from the villa park you can walk to the bank and the Ardèche river in 2 minutes.

Within a two-minute walk you can also reach the large park swimming pool, the 2 tennis courts, the playground, the 3 jeu de boules courts, table tennis table or in high season the shop where you can buy bread, lemonade, drinks or snacks and an ice cream.

The villa has a spacious living room with a large sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table, television with reception of Dutch and Belgian channels, sideboard, spacious dining table with 10 chairs, beautiful luxurious modern kitchen with all appliances such as oven/microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator.

This house has 2 bathrooms: 1 with bath with shower, sink, toilet and plenty of storage space for your toiletries. On the ground floor there is a separate toilet, on the first floor there is the 2nd bathroom with shower, sink and (3rd) toilet.

Each bedroom has a wardrobe, bedside tables, lamp, chair, etc.

Special: 3 bedrooms have AUPING beds with adjustable spirals and are also equipped with new mattresses, pillows, moltons and cotton satin bedding. Dimensions 160x200 and 3x 180x200 (with 2 mattresses per bed). There is certainly room for a children's camping bed (free use). There are 2 and also 2 high chairs.

Upon arrival you will find beds made up. There is also a stack of towels, shower towels and washcloths ready for each guest. You only need to bring your pool towel from home....

From the living room you can reach no fewer than 4 covered terraces or one of the seating areas (see the many photos). In the garden of this villa you can enjoy every meal, your BBQ, wine or pastis all day long. For the little ones you can put up a plastic swimming pool (available everywhere here).

This holiday home has a favorable sunny location, but sitting out of the sun is no problem because of the covered terraces. Due to its special location, you really have complete privacy here.

There is a charging station for your electric/hybrid car ((Mono phase - type 2 connection; max. charging speed 7.2 kWh.)

The house is equipped with WIFI internet (there is also WiFi internet around the large general swimming pool), a DVD player and a radio/CD player. There are some magazines, books and various games. In the garden and on the terraces and on the indoor terrace there are various teak garden sets, 8 sun loungers and parasols.

There is sufficient crockery, glassware, pans and cutlery for 8 people.

Your car is sheltered from the sun under the covered carport; There is also room for a 2nd car in the driveway.

In the garden you will find a Trampoline with a diameter of 3 meters with an all-round safety net. Use of this is at your own risk, as is the use of the private swimming pool, which has an electrically operated roller cover (safe for small children and it keeps the heated water at a good temperature until October 30).
