The Domaine itself has a reception, a large general (sun-heated) swimming pool with separate toddler area, 2 tennis courts, outdoor table tennis table, 3 jeu de boules courts, outdoor fitness equipment, a playing field and a (modest) playground with seesaws, approximately 1 minute's walk away. from this holiday home.

"Le Mouton" has a spacious (high) living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the first floor, a bathroom downstairs and upstairs and an indoor terrace. The living room and the 4 bedrooms have air conditioning with remote control (both for cooling and heating). There is a toilet on the ground floor and on the upper floor.

The large and wide backyard faces South West and contains a heated private swimming pool of 9.40 x 4.20 meters with easy-to-walk Roman steps. This is equipped with a handrail, there is lighting and it has an electrically operated roller cover. There is also a solar outdoor shower. For swimming fun for parents with small children up to 11 kg. we purchased a very nice swimming pool ring or so-called baby float: see the YouTube video under the "special features" tab.

A large terrace has been laid out around the swimming pool, where the sun loungers and 4 parasols have their place, as well as a seat under the 4 shading mulberry trees. The garden has been architecturally landscaped and has a number of palm trees, various butterfly bushes, hydrangeas, roses, oleanders, lavender, a fig and an olive tree, and there is a cypress corner containing a beautiful marble work of art. The garden is also equipped with 6 garden lights and an automatic watering system.

There are various seating areas around the 3 teak tables and various comfortable garden and sun loungers and 4 parasols. A luxurious electric Weber barbecue is of course also available.

The living room is spacious and has a high ceiling, there are 2 sliding doors (1 towards the covered terrace and 1 towards the garden and swimming pool) and leads around the corner to a large luxury kitchen with all Siemens appliances (dishwasher, combi oven/microwave). ).

There is also a fireplace, electric heating, air conditioning, 2 x a new sofa and a leather chair, 3 side tables, various. mood and reading lamps and a sideboard. Large TV, a DVD player with a large collection of CDs and DVDs, Bose player (for both Spotify and CDs) and you can watch Netflix. Naturally, you can receive all Dutch and, among others, 2 Belgian channels. Furthermore, the house is equipped with a well-functioning WIFI internet connection. Large dining table with 6 leather chairs.

The sliding doors have electrically operated shutters and all other windows have Provencal wooden shutters. The average summer temperature in this area is 32-36 degrees, with many warm days with clear blue skies from April to October.

On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with patio doors. The master bedroom has a luxurious electrically adjustable AUPING NEXT bed with 2 mattresses measuring 90x220 cm. The 2nd bedroom with access from the hall has 2 box-spring beds measuring 80x200 cm. and has French doors to the garden. The bathroom has a bath/shower and sink.

The toilet is separate in the hall. The bedrooms have air conditioning with remote control. There are luxurious roller screens in front of the patio doors.

On the first floor is the 3rd bedroom with the luxury of sliding doors to the indoor terrace with a table and 2 chairs. This 3rd bedroom has a raised electrically adjustable Auping twin bed of 180 cm. with 2 spirals and 2 excellent new mattresses of 90x200. From this bedroom you can enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains through the facade and window. The window is equipped with a mosquito net. Next to the bedroom is the spacious 2nd bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

On the other side of the bathroom is the 4th (smaller) bedroom with Velux skylight and sun blinds; equipped with a romantic French bed: 90 x 190 cm; bedside table and chair. This room is also very suitable as a baby/children's room or as an office. There is also a desk with office chair, ideal if you want to do some work or as a computer station for the children. There is also a bookcase with various books, magazines, games and toys.

A children's camping bed with extra mattress is available and 2 high chairs (triptrap and Ikea).

Villa "Le Mouton" is rented to 2 to a maximum of 5 people, but you can use the 4 bedrooms, which are all equipped with air conditioning with remote control.

The house has a shed; a covered carport with a 2nd (uncovered) parking space. There is a charging station for your electric car. Use of this costs €25 per week (per car). Advance registration is required.
