The villa is located on the hills of Narbonne. There is a fabulous view on the lake of Bages and on the Mediterranean sea from the house. There is a private swimming pool available.

It is a very quiet location with shopping facilities in the neighbourhood. The sea is nearby, as well as plenty of sports faciclities and places to visit.

The surroundings are very quiet, but all the shops can easily be reached by car. The historic city centre is 5km away. The famous 'Halles' covered food market is opened every morning.

There are several sandy beaches (Gruissan, Narbonne, La Nouvelle,...) in the surroundings and on the lakes of Bages there water sport facilities (wind-kite surfing, canoe,...)

The city of Carcassone is 30' away. There is the famous old Cathar fortess (Unesco heritage), de cities of Bézier, Montpellier, Collioure, Perpignan, de abbey van Fontfroide and many more can be visited. The North of Spain and Barcelona can easily be reached by car.

There are several national parks with walking possibilities.

There are many possibilities for wine tasting at the local producers. The food is fabulous in the area.
